I wore this look a while back when there was some actual sunshine and never got round to blogging it, and now unfortunately it's a little too late to wear in the current English weather. I don't think I'm ready to let go of summer yet. Sure, I'm exited for layering and turtle necks in AW, but I'm not sure if I will be strong enough to sacrifice my heels quite *cries*.
I had been waiting literally an eternity to wear this amazing blue co-ord I bought from Missguided a few months ago, but for no good reason it had never seen the light of day. I have a problem buying clothes then stashing them away for a worthy occasion, and then forgetting all about them. I'll have to get better at that.
I bought this piece quite a while ago now, and I think it's currently in the sale! I just remember Missguided have it in so many beautiful colours, I almost couldn't choose, but eventually decided on this one as it is such a beautiful hue, and I don't really have many blue clothes.
It is literally my life ambition it wear a suit in every colour. Ever since hearing stories from the 80's where my mother described sewing her own in fantastic shades of red and green, I've felt this is what I was brought into this world for. I don't know what it is about suits on women which I love; It may be the fact that they are conventionally worn by men, so when a woman does wear one she instantly look so business-like and fierce, but also feminine when dressed with heels or jewellery.
I know that this look isn't exactly the full on suit, so I am not yet living my dream - but just wait, I have many goodies in store for ya'll.
